Development underpinned by infrastructure improvements

The area is served the C2C railway, linking Fenchurch Street Station with Essex and the stops in between. A new station is planned for Beam Park, with a 20 minute connection time to Fenchurch Street.

Regeneration in Havering

A £1 billion pound regeneration scheme includes the Beam Park Estate which will have approximately 3000 new homes, spreading also into Dagenham. Other developments will deliver nearly 4000 homes on brown-field sites across the three boroughs of Barking, Dagenham and Havering.
